October is pumpkin spice, fall colors, warmer clothes, Halloween, and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.   What better way to support a great cause than combining Breast Cancer Awareness month with Halloween?  For almost 40years, pink has been the symbol of breast cancer awareness.  For the many breast cancer warriors, here are some ways that you can celebrate Pinkoween.

Plan a Pinkoween Party

Not everything has to be pink but you can always add pink touches.  You can use plastic pumpkins and spray paint them pink, ice pink pumpkin cookies along with orange, and pink lemonade is always a favorite treat.

Pass out pink candy

There are so many great options when choosing pink candy to pass out.  Check out the options below:

Decorate using Pink for the season

Decorating can be expensive.  Pumpkins however can be found in every price range.  Spraypaint real or plastic pumpkins and use fresh or artificial pink flowers to arrange a pretty table scape.
