Your patient portal health information will be available in our AthenaHealth Portal-a new advanced patient portal! It gives you secure, around-the-clock access to key personal health information in a unified, convenient electronic medical record.
If you have not already created a portal account you can click the Sign Up Link at the bottom right side of the Portal page.
- Enter your name, date of birth, email, and cell phone.
- Submit the form
- Verify your identity by text or email
